WorDungeon, the Wordle dungeon

WorDungeon turns the Wordle-style word game into a roguelike. Every floor is a boss that hides a word and twists the rules: a duel on a shared board, two or four words at once, a clock, clues that lie or hide in fog. Win and pick a relic, lose and pay with a life. The run lasts until your last life, and two records wait for you on the leaderboard: the deepest floor and the highest score

What is WorDungeon?
WorDungeon is a free roguelike word game in the style of Wordle. It is a word puzzle dungeon: every floor is a boss that hides a word and sets its own trial, with 200 bosses in all. You play in your browser, with no account and no download
How do you play WorDungeon?
Guess the word a boss hides. After each guess, green marks a right letter in the right spot, yellow a letter in the wrong spot and gray a letter that is not in the word. Solve it, choose a relic and go to the next floor
Is WorDungeon free?
Yes, WorDungeon is free. Play it in your browser at wordungeon.com, with no account and no download
How is WorDungeon different from Wordle?
Every floor is a boss with its own trial, there are 200 of them, and your relics and lives carry from floor to floor until the run ends
How many bosses and floors are there in WorDungeon?
There are 200 different bosses, one on each floor from 1 to 200. After floor 200 the bosses start over with rarer words, and the run goes on until you run out of lives
What happens when you lose a fight in WorDungeon?
You lose one life, the boss picks a new word and the fight starts over. A fight is lost when you run out of tries or time, or lose a duel. You start with 3 lives, and when the last one is gone the run ends and shows your floor and score
What are relics in WorDungeon?
Relics are upgrades: after each win you choose 1 of 3, and they stack with no limit. The 7 relics are Keen Mind (+1 try), Bottled Time (+15 seconds), Healing Draught (+1 life), the hint charges Torchlight, Vowel Sight and Echo, and the legendary Secret Passage (skip a floor)
How is the score counted in WorDungeon?
Each floor gives up to 100 points, mostly for solving it fast and in fewer tries. A skipped floor gives no points, but you still choose a relic
Can I play WorDungeon more than once a day?
Yes. There is no daily limit and no word of the day, so you can play as many runs as you like, whenever you like
Is there a leaderboard in WorDungeon?
Yes. There are two records, the deepest floor and the highest score, each with an all-time and a weekly leaderboard. The server checks every run, and your record grows as you play, after each boss
What languages are the words in?
The words come in 13 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Kazakh, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Ukrainian, Indonesian and Uzbek. You pick one before each run. The game itself speaks your language
